This privacy notice is issued jointly by EQUANS Regeneration Limited and The Riverside Group Limited, (together “Woodlands”, “we” or “us”). We take your privacy very seriously, so we want to make sure you understand your privacy rights and how we use your information.

Please note that the Riverside Group Limited (“Riverside”) will be the Data Controller for website enquiries which relate to shared ownership and rent-to-buy properties, and EQUANS Regeneration Limited (“EQUANS”) will be the Data Controller for website enquires which relate to outright property sales.

When you submit an enquiry via this website we will collect your name, address, email address and telephone number. When you visit our website, we may also collect information from you automatically through cookies or similar technology, as detailed under ‘Use of cookies’ below.

How will we collect and use your personal data?

We will obtain your personal data directly from you when you contact us using our website contact form. We will use that data to respond to enquiries submitted via the website and to provide you with further information about the Woodlands development. When you contact us via our website you agree that we may;

  • Respond to any specific questions or enquiries which you have raised;
  • Send you marketing information regarding outright sale, shared ownership or rent to buy opportunities on the Woodlands development; or

Enquiries which relate to shared ownership or rent to buy properties may be shared with relevant departments within the Riverside Group and enquiries which relate to outright sale properties may be shared within the EQUANS group of companies.

In the unlikely event that it becomes necessary to transfer your personal data outside of the EEA, we will ensure that we apply an appropriate level of protection to your personal data.

For how long will Woodlands retain my personal data?

What are your rights in relation to your personal data?
